Why am I starting off a web hosting review site?

I used to spent hours reading hosting reviews and yet got stucked with lousy web hosts (Network Eleven, the worst!). I knew exactly how much trouble and money you can waste with just a single wrong choice on the web hosting coz I had been thru all that. And I know how many biased ‘unbiased reviews’ are there in the web hosting industry.

This explains why am I starting off this website – to help others, beginners especially, for real, in picking up the right web host. I’ve been hosting websites for a very very long time and I know much of the screws-and-nuts behind a website. I believe such experience made my hosting reviews and guides valuable

What’s so special with my web hosting reviews?

There are many web hosting reviews and directories around but none of them are the same as

QualitySiteHosting.com.

I signup, examine, and review all the hosting listed on this website. I don’t go to a web host, look at their designs and web features and tell you “Hey look, this web host offers this and that. It sounds like a good host (and they pay high affiliate commission to me) so yeah, you should go with this web host”.

No, I don’t do that. I have been running websites with Hostgator for more than 4 years; with Bluehost for more than 4 years, with Lunarpages for around 5 years… and I’m still signing up new host for test and review purpose (like JustHost and InMotion). All my reviews here are based on my real personal experiences (and of course, based on my personal preferences) – and I believe that’s something unique you don’t see often.

Affiliation with web hosting companies

Do note that I am affiliated to some of the hosting companies listed at this website but that doesn’t affect the accuracy of my hosting reviews. If a web host is bad, I’ll tell you it’s bad; if a web host is good, I’ll recommend it to you. My job here is to compare, review, and examine hosting companies so you can make informed purchase decision. It takes a lot of money and time to compile (and maintain) such works and there’s nothing wrong with getting paid on my hardwork.
